• KongQuest: Refers to the provider of parkour, freerunning, and other related services, including Parkour360 Academy, Playkour, and any future services.

• You: Refers to any individual or entity using KongQuest’s services.

• Services: Refers to all offerings by KongQuest, including but not limited to parkour training, events, workshops, competitions, and digital content.

3. Eligibility

To use KongQuest’s services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• Ensure that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Agree to comply with all local laws and regulations relevant to parkour and recreational activities.

4. Registration and Accounts

To participate in certain services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Keep your account information up to date.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Notify KongQuest immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

KongQuest reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for classes, events, workshops, or any other KongQuest service are required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. KongQuest reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Event Cancellation by KongQuest: If KongQuest cancels an event, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative service.

• Participant Cancellations: If you cancel your participation in a class or event, refunds may not be provided. However, KongQuest may allow you to reschedule based on availability and at its discretion.

7. Health and Safety

By participating in KongQuest activities, you acknowledge that parkour and related activities involve inherent risks, including physical injury, disability, or death. You agree to:

• Take responsibility for your personal health and safety during activities.

• Inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

• Refrain from participating if under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or medications that impair your ability to participate safely.

• Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by KongQuest staff.

8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided by KongQuest, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, logos, designs, text, graphics, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of KongQuest and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from KongQuest content without express written permission.

• You may not use KongQuest’s intellectual property for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. User-Generated Content

When participating in KongQuest events or services, you may have the opportunity to upload, submit, or share content (e.g., photos, videos, or comments). By sharing this content, you grant KongQuest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and display the content for promotional purposes.

You warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you share.

• The content does not violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

• The content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KongQuest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from:

• Your use of our services.

• Participation in any KongQuest event, class, or activity.

• Any errors or inaccuracies in the services provided by KongQuest.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KongQuest, its affiliates, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any illegal activity conducted by you.
