Few Things To Know

Parkour is a super fun sport and we want everyone to be safe.

Bring Water, Food and Sunscreen!

It's going to be a super hot day under the Aussie sun. Lather up and stay hydrated!

Wear Closed Shoes and Sporting Clothes

No sandals, crocs, thongs or any open shoes. We want to keep those toes!

Bring Your Friends and Family

Parkour is a social sport with training being a lot more exciting with more people. Bring everyone you know!
