Setting the Scene

Frenzy Park is a 4,000 square metre action venue inside a converted warehouse. The space includes trampolines, parkour zones, wall runs, ninja challenges, a mega kids playground, arcade, and food service. It is built for energetic kids, curious parents, and anyone who loves movement.

Our brief was clear. Host the parkour component of the launch, design a surprise reveal, and keep the venue flowing. We collaborated with Frenzy Park to pre plan zones and to time the sequence so that kids had free space during the show.

Attendance reached over 1,500 people across the day. The venue buzzed from doors open to final high five. The stage was everywhere.

What Happened

The Undercover Setup

Four KongQuest athletes put on staff tees and blended into the venue teams. They greeted guests and helped the first wave settle. Between smiles they mapped routes, checked surfaces, and confirmed timing cues with the floor managers.

The reveal began when one athlete vaulted a rail to catch a runaway foam ball with a clean landing. Heads turned, the crowd laughed, and cameras lifted. The second athlete answered with a wall run to the platform.

The Reveal Performance

The team flowed into a tight routine that used rails, pads, and safe landing zones. Flips, vaults, and precisions stacked into a sequence that felt like a movie set. The goal was not just to impress. The goal was to inspire movement.

Kids mirrored shapes on nearby mats. Parents filmed. Staff guided crowd buffers so everyone had space to enjoy the view. The whole venue felt like it breathed together for a few minutes.

Capturing the Perspective

We worked with NewTale Media to capture the story. Parkour is fast. Timing and angles matter. With a background in filmmaking and more than a decade in parkour, we helped align camera moves to athlete timing so the audience online would feel what the crowd felt on the day.

What We Learned

We share lessons so other performers and venue teams can grow with us. The aim is professional standards and unforgettable moments. These notes help future launches run smoother and safer.

  • ✅ Disguised performer format creates surprise and delight when timed with crowd peaks.
  • ✅ Zone planning with venue managers keeps guests safe and keeps energy focused.
  • ✅ Short reveal sets with clear starts and ends work best in active venues.
  • ✅ A filming partner who understands athlete timing captures the magic, not just the move.
  • ❌ Do not leave crowd buffers to chance, assign staff to maintain viewing lanes.

Why It Matters

This story centres on our second mission, create parkour careers for athletes. Every professional show proves what is possible. Athletes get paid to perform. Venues get a memorable launch moment. Families see parkour as art and sport.

When kids watch a reveal and try their first vaults, a pathway opens. Progress becomes visible. With coaching and community, that spark becomes a skill, then a role, then a career.

KongQuest builds those bridges. We connect Playkour events, Parkour360 training, and brand partners to lift the whole ecosystem.
