We are back with another week of movement, feedback, community updates and wall skill challenges. This episode breaks down everything that happened inside Parkour360 over the past week and shines a light on the growing creativity and progress across the community.
Our Skill Quest theme for the week was wall techniques. We introduced three levels that challenged members to practise safe impact, coordination and confidence on vertical surfaces.
Two members submitted clips this week, each showcasing different strengths and learning moments.
Izzy worked on her precision jumps. A key teaching moment was the difference between landing on one foot versus two. For precise landings, especially on fixed surfaces, landing with both feet at the same time offers greater stability and control. Izzy is still early in her parkour journey and it is great to see her continuing to push herself.
Benji completed all three wall skill levels and submitted multiple vault and precision clips from previous quests. His running pre demonstrated excellent knee drive and a clean pike on landing. His 360 pre remained strong despite a small foot slip, and he added his own creative variations on the wall challenges. We loved the 360 arm jump and the 360 bounce back attempts on slanted walls.
A big discussion point this week was accessibility. Many members struggled to find suitable walls outdoors. As the community grows, we are planning to build dedicated “Spot Maps” to help traceurs find training locations in their area instantly.
We reviewed how Skill Quests have been running and noticed the weekend training window was being missed. To fix this, next week’s Skill Quest will be paused so we can reset the schedule and bring weekend training back into the rhythm.
We also asked the community to vote on preferred livestream times for Parkour360 News so more members can join Q&A and feedback segments.
The holiday season is coming up and it is a perfect time to get outside, reconnect with movement and train with friends. If you are in Sydney, join our weekly community training. If you are anywhere else in Australia or globally, there are local groups everywhere you can connect with. And of course, you can train with Parkour360 from anywhere.
